Order Procedure

1. Get your quotation online or email freely (You will be contacted by H&L staff shortly), Submit inspection application and send it back to us by email

2: Provide inspection information:
        Detail inspection files
        Full packing approval sample (if have)
        Customer require or specification, (If have)
        Factory's contact information. 

3:   QC inspect goods at your factory. 

4:   Issuing inspection report with 24 hours of inspection date.
         H&L inspection can be able to perform quality inspections and factory audits within a minimum notice of 24 hours. 

The inspection charge is quoted on a man-day basis. The number of man-days involved depends on the product complexity, shipment quantity, inspection location and specification requirements.
Additional expenses such as traveling, accommodation will be charged separately.
Manday means one inspector works a day (8 hours). How many mandays we need depend on the product complexity, and inspection sample size which need random inspection. Traveling cost will be reimbursed for actual expenses. So for exact quotation, we need to know how many items, product quantity and factory location.
